Is the Werewolf Kiss Spell available in either a scroll or wand, or do I have to actually learn the spell to complete this quest? I am trying to play all the expansions as a pure ranger, and so am trying to avoid learning any attack spells. Do I need to complete this quest to trigger any other quests? I have already completed the main story line and received the credits.

Where can I find Forest Jade? I've looked in all the actual villages.
Forest Jade is in White Lady's Wood. Ninja of Quest in the Enclave Wizards' Home also sells it.
