Liliac Wine

For the quest "Jar of winds" i need to bring to priestess bread and liliac wine
If bread is not problem, but liliac wine i can't find. How i get it first time i don't remember
I explore all potion/magic shops and tavers in main cities and Swords Castle and nothing like that.
Please help. Where i can get/buy liliac wine or from which ingrediets i can make it?

Also offtopic, but in which expansion i can get spellbook of "Crow Feather"? I found it in my inventory for first time in all my 3 walkthoughts, but can't remember when i get it.

    The npc Liliac gives you three Liliac Wines. She lives in the north of Tmutarakan-Vyshegrad.

    The spellbook Crow's Feather is in Celtic Queen.
