You should be able to buy Roid Spark Plugs in the potion shop of the Medieval Fair.
Draconite Staff - You need to get a staff from Mercenary284 in the Guild. He'll give you an ordinary staff. If you lost it, you can buy it in any shop that sells normal weapons. It's called a Staff.
Free Droid 3006's family - There is a wall to the north that you must use a ranged weapon on to hit a switch that drops bridges to reach the droids on the center platforms. After that it's just a matter of using the disarm spell on the droids to rescue them.
To enter the Droidon Hall - At some point you had a chance to love Droidons and got a Droidon amulet. Without that, you can't enter it.
