You need the Consult Stryx quest from Mustaf the Magician in Crymlyn Village.
He has not told me anything more than Sheets in the Ghoul building.
Do you have the Coat of Arms quest from Fershid in the Dreamers'' Tiwer?
I don’t think I have encountered Fershid.
The first thing you should always do is talk to the people in the guild, although they don't always form a guild. They usually all have important quests.
Found Stryx, but we have a monster enclosed totally by wall which I don’t see to be breakable.
Where are you that you sense this monster?

My guess is that's the Rat you would have encountered had you gone down the hole. I don't see any enclosed monsters in Alderley.
That's the Rat you could have killed had you gone down the hole. Nothing important.
In the editor upstairs and down are all on the same level.
Can I reopen the hole? The rat is an issue as you can’t rest in the castle if it’s present.
No. You'd have to go back to an older save file.
