Just hit them all to destroy some of the Master Conjurer's health if he's aggressive.
If you haven't turned him aggressive yet, nothing will happen.
I did hit them and nothing happened- is there a specific weapon needed?
No but nothing will happen if the Master Conjurer is peaceful or dead.
Okay, he is hostile and invincible.
Hit all the spheres and then go back and hit him.
