Create Djinn’s Blood

I have put the three Distjilli plants into the golden vase. But only have normal water and cannot find pure water. Have tried every water fountain, water source and inn and cannot find pure water. I would appreciate a clue to help finish this quest. Thanks PJ

    All you need are the three plants and regular not Rasvim water. Any regular water will do. Don't put the plants into the vase, just hold them in your inventory and hit the vase with the Wand of Extreme Magic that the Djinn gives you.
