i assumed the locket was in the sewer however i have touched every wall, puddle, light in the sewer and cannot find the locket. Have also been all over town looking for it as well. I feel stuck and couldn’t find a guide here to help. I’ve found things in sewers before in this game. Help please!

In Pokygrad Center is a drain that leads to the Sewers. Examine the pools there.
