Loss of Ability

I just noticed that some of my skills decreased due to an effect called "Loss of Ability". I don't know how I got this. How do I remove it?

    As I recall, you are afflicted with "Loss of Ability" once you have been infected with any two of the following diseases:
    Gehenna Fever
    Hades Itch
    West Krivida Virus

    There in an item in the home of the Boletus Folk that can remove it.
