How to open Berserker's door?

I almost finished the Thor's Hammer. The only 2 quests remain
Lord Stonely's Revenge: How can I open the door in central area in the st, Aidan's Crypt? I have a Guard's key I got from a viking in the basement. But the door still says I have no right key. What key it requires to open?
Preserve Relics: I got relics from dead abbot. Then I went to the abbey, but abbess does not have a chat item to accept is. I remember some NPC cried about the relics some time ago, but after I did not see any dialogs related to relics.
Can someone help me?

You need Ragnar's Key.
The Abbess takes the relics but you need them all. You need St. Cuthbert's Relics, the Holy Gospels, and the Scriptures.
Where I can find Ragnar's key?
As for relics, I seem to have all 3: bag with St Cuthbert's Relics, and 2 books - Holy Gospels and Scriptures. I even have 2 pcs of each book. Where I shall pass the quest to? Abess in the St Hilda's Monastery, south door?
The key is stuck in a fountain there.
Sister Gulda will take the relics and clear the quest as well.

As for relics. Sister Gulda only thanks for hairy hands quest; but does not offer to complete relics quest. Any other ideas why it can't be completed? Just to double check, do I need one bag and 2 books?
Yes. If you have excess, drop them, I don't see any bug.
