The two fairy rules books

I was wondering if the two fairy books were somehow obtainable after you complete the whole quest of swapping books then returning them, like maybe in a bookstore or something? Reason being because of the 2x +10 Environment Magic you can get from them, but I'm capped for my Int at my level.

No, sorry. They aren't sold. The book of Fire can be bought and if you haven't read it would increase your Environment Magic +10.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
