Is it possible to make this with the alchemy skills ?
I seem not be be able to find the right combination

    You can't make Permanent Gush until HOLIII, coming next. The betatesters thought it unwise to make it available sooner. There are potions lying around however.

    I found some Permanent Gush lying around in HOLII and it says "Permanently increases Endurance by +75" and same for Dexterity and Strength. When I take the potion though, it only increases each one by 1?

    That's an engine problem. I have no control over that or the description.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
