Cannot enter last switch in ice jinn cave

I tried everything but i cannot go over west north...

    Where are you stuck? Not sure where you are. But you need the Ice Key to operate those switches. It's on a crack just before those switches.

    I thought there should be 4 switch, but there were only four except last one in the last cave. I was so stupid :(
