I previously found the guru who trades karma points for experience, but I didn't make a note of his location. Can someone help me out?

You are thinking of Duke of GP. He trades Karma Points for exp. He is located in the City of Kadupul, up north. He is in the upper section of the city.

Thank you for the help. I must be missing something, because I knocked on every door (north and south) in Kadupul, and I can’t find him. Which door specifically?

Try the Guru of Nirvana XP in the north of Bithoor City.
