Selenium
I’ve found two sections to the Selenium mine and have exhaustively searched both but cannot find selenium anywhere. I have tapped and hit every wall with my axe. I’ve also completed the titanium quest but still no luck. No one else appears to have this problem so I must be missing something obvious. Can I please get a clue to the location of this stuff.

Ignore this. I’ve realised I don’t have a class two axe. Need to get one first and then I’ll try again
So I found what I needed but now I’m looking for snowballs. Any ideas anyone?

There are 3 Vendors that sells Snowballs, they are Koffman, Odd Lotho and Fallout Mike. 🙂
Koffman can be found in the Inn over at Bubble City.
Odd Lotho can be found at Sector 503.
Fallout Mike can be found within of Solar Greenhouse over at Outer Core.
