Clean boots for Gelf King

This is the last quest I need to do for this expansion and need some help please

I have got the dusty boots that I have taken to Servants quart. However, Pewter says “knock on yom door”.

When I approach the doors. Gelfie says “I hope my old shirt keeps you warm. It's fleecy and soft. We're better off now, thanks to you”

Boots says “ It could be better. We get a ration of corn every day and some ale”.

The 3rd door says ‘No Answer’

    You need the quest Deliver Boots and you need boot polish and his boots.

    Thanks Cat. I have the Deliver Boots quest. I assume I can get boot polish from a shop that sells ‘leather goods’?

    Ignore above. Had boot polish in my inventory shelf at my home in Mithria
