Morthrir Help
Hello! So I am not sure if this is a bug or what is going on, but I have the quests "Morthrir" and "Dragon Translator".. I have already talked to the monk, but I don't know if I have the Dragon Translator. When I try to talk to him again, the only option for conversation is "This church". When I talk to Morthrir, all I get is Silence. My Persuasion is at 123. I don't want to have to repeat from a much earlier save 😭

Your Persuasion is fine. For him to talk to you you need the quest Morthrir, "For For Ethelfred of Humbria, Humbria Castle, convince the dragon Morthrir, Ragnar's spawn, to live up to his great dragon heritage and become the Protector of Humbria. You will need Wisemark the Monk's Dragon Translator. He's at St. Hilda's."
And the Dragon Translator. If you're not sure if you have it, Phredd sells it. It's also sold in book stores but you might have to camp out. It's a book.
I did that quest with no problem. I don't see any bug.
I had that quest, so I am not sure what happened.. but buying it from Phredd worked! Thank you so much! Can't wait to move on to the next expansion :-)
