King of the mountain and nether spirit

in Hero of Lukomorye IV

I have looked all over the shelter and cabnt find the king of the mountain. Is he actually there?

also, i cant get the nether spirit to do anything but threaten me when i ask about the oak tree. Ive got the quest for getting the spell from him, but how do i get him to tell me what it is?

    He's in the far northeast behind an icy wall. Hit it if you have that quest.

    For the Nether Spirit you need Mind Magic of at least 140.
