Rock smasher wherabouts?

in Hero of Lukomorye IV

I checked in this forum and someone said that rock smasher is on a small island near the hospital. Is it one of these islands? Ive scoured all of the islands and found nothing. No buttons either. Am i completely wrong on the place?

    try pressing the button where you see my blue arrow, then explore those islands, I think you have to drop in and out of a couple of holes to get to them all. Make sure you pick up both smashers then I set them as weapon 1 and 2, sometimes 1 would work and other times 2 would work

    I found it from a post by cat. The button is on a wall south of the 8th monastery.
