Forelock the dwarf
Ive visited forelock and now i have no idea what to do next. He gave me no quest, but i still dont have the magister ability because the boat guy who gave me the magister quest stll doesnt acknowledge that i have it. Any idea what is going on with forelock? Did i screw up somewhere?

Hi Ravenstock, I think the dwarf wants you to talk to someone, maybe the nether spirit? I think the spirit was down in the underground river between the two tunnels (closer to the tunnel on the left)
The Nether Spirit gives you that ability but you need Mind Magic of at lealst 135 and the Golden Chest.

Im going to try to level up some more to get past the bats in the underground river, then ill try to talk with the nether spirit. Thanks all!
