I am playing as a rasvim and I think the quest got way harder because innkeepers sell molded bread mostly.İs there a way to find non rasvim bread material?

Innkeepers sell that. You just have to wait patiently. You could also try casting the spell Create Food.

Ouij the Magician sells it in Crymlyn Village but you'd have to camp out to get it as it only turns up 20 % of the time.

Herrn the Taverner in Crymlyn Village should sell regular bread.

The chance of that, like the spellbook's appearing is low but it should appear.
