Where’s Moe?

I got the empty sack from Larry and he mentions selling to Moe in a cellar in Frommage. I returned to Dorrin’s cellar but don’t see Moe anywhere. Is it possible earlier in the game I could have done something to remove him? Or is there another cellar?

    There are a couple of green walls in Dorrin's Cellar. Remove them and go down the hole.
