Deathcap mushroom

Hi Cat. I’m sure this has been asked before, but in the quest, To cleanse a soul, where is the Deathscap . I have the deadly nightshade and the soull reversal wand, I just can’t seem to find the mushroom. I have tried the patch of soil in the south east part of Deaths repose and it’s not there…even after waiting for 7 days…can it be put in Phredds store or can I find it elsewhere? TIA .
