First you should have this quest. For FijGunn the Engineer in Port of Mercy, deliver a map of a magical Desalination Plant to the Mage of Mage Reef. Then the Mage should give you the Fetch for the Mage quest. For the High Mage of Mage Reef, find the Amulet of Distillation, pick three Distjilli Plants in the Jilli Islands and bring all to Djinn Ali Mustaf in Cave of the Djinn. You can reach the Cave of the Djinn from Home of the Djinn. You get this quest only if you've completed FijGunn's quest Desalination Plant Map and his quest Deliver a map. He's in Port of Mercy.

Oh sorry... I didn't know there is a quest to comply before the high mage of the mage reef gives quest๐ to me... Once again Thanks for ypur help Cat๐.

Thanks Cat๐.... but can I ask but another question about the dust demons? Do you know where to find the dust demon flail...I search it in every bone piles because it say that it is near somewhere but I don't know where it to find it ๐.
The flail is on a shelf behind a crackable wall on the left side of the hallway as you face south. You'll have to crack one more wall in that area to get to the shelf.
Oh sorry... I didn't know that there's a green wall on the left side on the hallway....thanks Cat๐.
