I'm so happy to be playing Legacy again!!! And the game is really nice!

A few typos and one suggestion:

The suggestion--when you enter Mac's house you should not be facing a blank wall. You should be in the spot right in front of the door so if you turn around you face the door to go out.

Typos--I'm just at the beginning:

Will remove some traps from there and from the dump.

Dying or dieing in the swamps is good--don't take them out! I love my guys being poisoned. It's great. Don't make it easier. My guys have not been poisoned like that in a long while!

Cat: Ok. I will leave the traps. The game definitely gets tougher as you go along. Are you done in Al-naz yet?

I'm not done in Al-naz yet. : ) There's quite a bit there.

Maybe put some more cure poison potions in the sewers.

I've just started playing and am still in the Enchanted forest.
The mass poisoning sounds great!
According to the book "Men are from Mars" if you are going to put in a house perhaps it should be a cave!

Just finished Al-naz, definitely leave some cure poison potions around but don't make it easier.

When you enter Khala's house you should face away from the door.

A few typos:

MCC4: You shall have a cave! I will also try an add a quest there.

Unfortunately now that I am looking at the "big" picture of the whole game, the poisoning might become redundant. Let me know if it is, later in the game, maybe I can change the traps.

I'm in the castle!!

In the woods, there is a tree in front of the doctor's door. You can talk to him but seems odd to talk through the tree. : )

I did get some surprises from a crack or two but there are so many cracks! More rewards would be nice. : )

The training room is great! : )

Suggest a few more potions around. I'm a very high level but my guys are panting from fighting so hard. : )

It's fantastic. I haven't had such a good fight in a long time!

If player will not need the gray key again suggest you delete it when they do with it what they are supposed to.

Inventory is causing shoulder sprain from weight. : )

I'm temporarily stuck at the red door and not sure what to do and I don't want to look in the editor so I have to figure it out.

Thank you. That's the highest praise ever. I added some potions and some wells. I'm working on fixing everything else.


Any design ideas so far? I focused on the codes, plot and quests and when I look back at it I could have made it look so much better. Anything that just looks wrong?

Cat was last seen dashing into the cave in a cloud of equations!

Cat has some nice skirts in her inventory but Cat is playing as a guy.

Help! Cat is stuck in the Maze and can't even make it to the cave to say hi!!! I've opened up probably 80% of it and am tapping, tapping, tapping.

2 small typos in Rohan: get the Access Map and bring it to me. I'll waith for you.

correcting typos now. Do you want to tell me what you passed in the maze so I can tell you where to look? Should I make them more obvious?

Clue for now: not all switches are at the dead end, some are a few steps before the end, hope that helps.

I'm in tutor land until tomorrow, but I finished most of the maze, it's probably one little piece i'm missing.

I don't think you have to make it more obvious. Once you realize that the red secret switches are hidden in the red walls, you're more or less ok.

But Rohan disappears and you can forget everything he told you. Maybe make a pergamon on the wall behind where he was that player can read to get hint about looking for switches.

I think the forest/woods need some more monsters---it would explain all the empty houses. : )

The maze/switch puzzle is very good. Legacy players are used to tapping--just leave a hint on the wall about the switches.

Yes. I meant to fill those houses. I might fill some anyways. And monsters will be added!

I added a hint on the red floor, at the entrance for the door and at the entrance of the maze to look for switches.

If you could fill some of those that would be good--it doesn't have to be the doors, you could put some dialogues on windows--only if you want to enhance that area and have the time.

Will be back to testing tomorrow and try to unstick myself. : )

Got through the maze but now I can't get into the Secret Passage in the woods. Is it the tree hole? Is there another one? Stuck!

No, the tree hole doesn't open up no matter what. There is another hole in the forest that opens up which was inaccessible before. It's on your left when you are facing the hollow tree.

That's a little misleading as the tree says secret passage but it's a dead end. People will think it's a bug--I found the real secret passage but better not to have the red herring, imho. Maybe just a message when you tap the hollow tree that all's that's inside are acorns or put some potions there.

I found a real buggie:

On a hidden switch in the passage--I had to look up in the editor to see why my game crashed: there is a missing ; after message ("click"

Removed the bug (I hope). Thank you for finding it. I am still working on the other stuff, but here is the file updated so far.

Please check the secret passage tree, if it is still misleading I can remove it completely, or work it so the tree opens up the path to the hole.

I'm on the brown floor fighting the guards. Nice tough battle.

If you could plant a lot of flowers around my house, I'd like to be buried there, along with my brave companions. : )

It may take me awhile to knock off the remaining guys on this floor----but suggest not changing the difficulty--it's a good battle.

However, I would suggest strewing some cure poison potions, health potions, mana potions and cure paralyze potions on this floor if you want the average player to survive. I have 293 health potions and 93 mana potions. I don't think that's the average player's stock. : )

I killed off the mo-fo Behemoths--I have one gem left to get. I know you can't help me cause you don't know where I've been--but I'll get there. : )

Will add potions and fix the tree. I have a lot of potions too, so I don't think about acquiring more. But you are right, the average player won't have that.

It's dark, very dark.

After everything else I've gone through the dark is very peaceful. My guys are relaxing. I have raised all the deads and restored everyone's health. : )

It was crafty to number the gems and have the player place only a certain numbered gem on each numbered table. : )

I was tripped up because I had gems from other games and different of my party members picked up the gems so I had to search all my inventories.

Forgot to mention the storyline in Princess. Your mission is to find and rescue Princess Shellarina. She has been captured, tortured and is awaiting you, the hero.

To get to her you have to traverse numerous levels of a castle containing hard puzzles and vicious monsters.

You get many quests along the way.

I can't tell you what the suggested level is yet as I'm trying to survive. It is for high levels though, imho.

Although this is currently a beta, I found only one bug and it's been fixed. The game play has been very smooth but has taken me many hours as the puzzles are nicely challenging.

I'm still in the dark. But I know am near the end so don't mind dragging it out.

Is the no mapping really annoying? I thought it would make it more mysterious and challenging. I can remove it if it's too much.

In making the Quest expansions most people did not like no mapping. It might be more challenging to have a lot of monsters and potions or just the teleporter puzzles. But that's only my opinion. It's very peaceful to be wandering in the dark but I may wander for a long while.

Hey, am still "in the game" but had to take a little break to work on our (Zarista Games) Wizards Ashes pc game. Will be back in a day or so. Sorry about that. Life's little demands. I wish I did have a 72 hour day and the 9 lives.

But other than that one little buggie which you fixed, everything has been extremely smooth. I was a little lost in the darkness so that's a good change too.

I dunno if this will be read, but I hope so. I just downloaded this game yesterday, and am completely stuck on the gray floor of the castle. I can't find the key anywhere, and I'm pretty sure I've fallen down all the holes. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am currently charging my palm as well, so I can play again and help. But as far as I can remeber you simply have to fall through the series of holes before you get to the key, before you fall through each hole look around you to make sure you haven't landed on the key already.
