Three quests

Hi, again.
Three quests I ve stack.
1. Royal insignia: I didn't notice what stag said about where the royal insignia is.
2. Honor the dead: I ve found sheet's tomb but I don't seem to have the cake in my inventory.
3. Post for Anna: where can I find a ribbon?
